Lovely welcoming hosts; great location; clean comfortable rooms; delicious breakfast and excellent value for money. Highly recommend! Food & drinks: Highly recommend Smugglers Kitchen and Gina’s as places to eat.

Amazing attention to detail. Milk and water in a fridge in your room as you arrive. Lovely breakfast and the service is great. Nothing is too much trouble

We stayed here a few nights ago while walking the SWC Path. We had the top room and it was large and had a very nice view. Colin, the owner and his wife were very nice. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Very short walk to all the pubs, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Lovely welcoming hosts/owners. Beer is a charming friendly town. So pretty with tons of history. Rooms: Ensuite bathroom. TV. Refrigerator. Clean and comfortable. Nearby activities: Don’t miss the Beer Quarry Caves. Seaton Tramway. Model trains. Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good. Cooked to order and high quality.

this is just a lovely gust house to stay in ,proper home from home ,lovely breakfast catering for all tastes. plenty of local advice available from the owners who always had time for you. beer is a lovely village to visit and if the weather is right plenty to do.

This was an absolute find. Just the loveliest stay. My room was light and airy with beautiful views over Fore Street. Nette was the perfect host with nothing too much trouble.|Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.|Thank you. I will definitely be back.||Julie
